• We require payment at the time of service. This helps keep prices low by cutting out the high costs of carrying account balances
• Payment may be made in cash, by check, or major credit card. Six months same as cash financing may be available if you qualify. Most major health plans accepted.
• We will be able to give you an accurate estimate at the time of your consultation so there are no surprises
