Annoying feedback that can occur when you insert your hearing aid is now a thing of the past with PRISMA 2. A special programmable soft-start function waits several seconds after the hearing aid is turned on before activating the amplifier. Thus, eliminating unpleasant feedback.

BETTER UNDERSTANDING WITH TWINMIC.
Research has proven that directional microphones can improve speech understanding in noisy environments. The TwinMic directional microphone system in PRISMA 2 BTE models allow you to switch back and forth between omnidirectional (hearing sounds coming from all directions) and directional (focusing on sounds coming from directly in front of you) mode to accommodate your hearing situation. For custom models, PRISMA 2 offers directional microphone options in ITE through ITC models.
